08/30/2010 - Madrid, Spain (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to miss the next three weeks because of an ankle problem, the club confirmed on Monday.

The 25-year-old Ronaldo sustained the injury in Real's 0-0 draw with Mallorca on Sunday, with tests on Monday confirming the extent of the injury.

In addition to Ronaldo missing the next league match for Real, against Osasuna, as well as a Champions League contest with Ajax, he will also not take part in the first two Euro 2012 qualifiers for Portugal, which come against Cyprus and Norway.

New manager Jose Mourinho will now have to choose from a group of players that includes Karim Benzema and Mesut Ozil to fill Ronaldo's spot.
